WTI crude oil closed up 0.95% at $82.22 per barrel, while Brent crude oil closed up 1.14% at $87.90 per barrel. <br\/>U.S. stocks closed lower, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 0.34%, the S&amp;P 500 down 0.3%, and the Nasdaq down 0.6%.
